FORMWORK

P. Formwork Ltd. has experience in a broad range of formwork projects including the construction of RC Frames, columns, radius walls and tank formwork.  Conventional formwork systems are generally used  and we have extensive experience with most Formwork systems, including Peri, Dokka, Maeva, Stelmo and all UK designed systems. 

The formwork system used on each contract would depend on the type of finish required, access and working area available and craneage accessibility.  We take all considerations into account when deciding which formwork system is most suitable for individual contracts.

We can also undertake specialised formwork contracts such as matching coloured structures, patterned and feature walls etc.

GROUNDWORK

Where required, P. Formwork Ltd will carry out groundworks and drainage etc. on contracts where we are also undertaking formwork, reinforcement and concrete works.

IN-SITU CONCRETE STAIRCASES

We are one of the few formwork companies who specialise in in-situ concrete staircases.  We have extensive experience in forming multi level staircases in situations where pre-cast staircases cannot be used. 

We have also completed projects such as Amphitheatres i.e. circular concrete steps etc.

CONCRETE SLABS / FLOORS

Concrete floor preparations can be carried out including leveling, laying of compactable materials, insertion of any membranes required, fixing of reinforcements and power floating.

WATER TIGHT STRUCTURES

We have experience in constructing  many water retaining structures including reservoirs and water & sewerage treatment works.

P. Formwork Ltd have completed contracts in construction of swimming pools in both the UK and abroad.

COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS

P. Formwork Ltd. also cater for smaller commercial projects where steel frame buildings are erected.  On these projects we can construct formed or mass fill ground beams, holding down bolts, lift pits, in-situ concrete staircases, sub-station bases and ground and upper floor slabs.  Also, forming of edge of ground floor slabs with rebates to accommodate  cladding and brickwork.
